Musical Theatre Song Interpretation

Following her successful debut last year, the renowned Croatian vocalist and drama artist, Professor Renata Sabljak, will hold a five-day masterclass and workshop for singers and young actors with a special interest in the musical theater genre. In her pedagogical work, Professor Sabljak emphasizes a vocal-technical, acting, and theoretical-analytical approach to performing a song as part of a larger musical stage form.

The workshops include both group and individual sessions. Masterclass participants will practice various aspects of musical stage performance with an expert team led by her associates: conductor Stjepan Vuger, opera singer and vocal pedagogue Sofija Cingula, and yoga and holistic Pilates instructor Martina Vizek.

The seminar will conclude with a joint concert featuring the participants and the artist, held as part of the Youngmasters Festival on August 30, 2026 in Samobor, Croatia.
